Dear Luther Vaughan Families,

It is with great pride and excitement that I introduce myself as the new principal of Luther Vaughan Elementary School, home of the All-Star Lions! I am truly honored to join this incredible community, and look forward to working alongside the dedicated staff, supportive families, and amazing students as we embark on this new year filled with growth, learning, and success.

With 30 years of experience in education as a teacher, instructional leader, coach, college professor, and administrator, I bring a deep passion for helping every student thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I believe in building strong partnerships with families, staff, and community members to ensure that all students feel supported, challenged, and celebrated.

As your principal, I am committed to creating an environment where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to do their best. Together, we will nurture, not just academics but also character, leadership, and a strong sense of belonging. I believe deeply in the power of partnerships. When schools, families, and the community work together amazing things can happen.
